FDM technology and PolyJet machines work bio-compatible materials for the rapid prototyping of medical and dental fixture such as trial dental appliances, surgical stents and temporary devices.
FDM technology produces parts by extrusion of the thermoplastic polymer ABS-M30i, material approved by FDA as compliant to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration standards and certified ISO10993.
ULTEM 9085™ PC-ISO and ABS-M30i are sterilization compatible materials: they are therefore used to build parts, components and prototypes for food, pharmaceutical and medical industry.
