Manufacture products using silicone molds allows us to make parts and pre series in many different materials (flexible, transparent, rigid, etc.). The mechanical and functional characteristics of the pieces obtained are completely similar to those of the final products.

The production process could be divided in 3 steps for the realization of parts, finished products and small series through the use of silicone molds:

• 3D print the first part
• Silicone mold creation using as “core” the piece built using 3D printing technology
• Manufacture object or small series using the silicone mold.

Silicone molds allows to manufacture pre-production and production parts in small batches, prototypes for functional testing, test verification, assembly test, presentations, elements for fairs and events.
