Innovating fast, leaving ideas flying high and intuitions getting off the ground quickly: this is Spring’s mission in assisting the manufacturers of the aeronautic and aerospace industries.
Through the rapid prototyping, Spring helps manufacturers innovate faster, test more thoroughly, maximize resources and projects and control better the design and industrialization phases. FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) technology for rapid prototyping lets build prototypes and parts working highly performing materials such as ULTEM 9085™ and PPSF.
ULTEM 9085™ is a high performance thermoplastic material, ideal for aerospace manufacturers due to its FST (flame, smoke, toxicity) rating. Parts made of this material have passed the strict tests FAR 25.853 and may be combined to build end-use products. Functional parts are built from ULTEM 9085™ by manufacturers such as Airbus, Boeing and Augusta Westland.
Spring combines materials and development solutions to concept modeling and prototyping in order to build prototypes resistant to high temperatures, to chemical agents, to UV rays and weather, as well as humidity-proof, granting many advantages compared to other prototype development systems.
Spring has a long-standing experience in CNC machining services for the building of end-use products in aluminum alloys, plastic materials and polyurethane parts. Spring has the capacity to provide functional parts and prototypes for feed tests.
The experience gained in so many primary and innovative sectors allow us to face a large range of problems and to achieve the best solutions that consider design, tooling costs and manufacturing costs. Over many year of experience we faced projects and achieved goals supporting our customers, obtaining skills and know how in these sectors:
